After 25 years working in Information Technology with the last 15 years in the legal industry I have discovered a single truth.  Without exception technology is recognised as the single greatest enabler to improve profitability, efficiency and risk management and forms part of almost all business strategies.  Technology is also the least understood business function according to Managing Partners.  I formed LWC Solutions to address this disparity.  LWC Solutions provides consultancy services to help senior leadership teams make informed decisions on technology procurement, align technology and business strategies and implement change management programmes.
